Onward Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pad mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Property preferences and priority selections during onboarding
• Notes, observations, and photographs captured during property tours
• Optional demographic information such as age range, budget range, and buyer type

Information collected automatically:

• Location data, collected only while the App is actively in use and only with your explicit permission, used solely to identify nearby properties and name tour sessions
• Device information necessary to operate the App

What we do not collect:

• Audio recordings. The App uses voice-to-text technology that processes speech entirely on your device. Raw audio is never stored, transmitted, or retained by Onward Creative LLC in any form.
• Background location data. Location is only accessed while the App is actively open and in use.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the App's core features
• Generate property scores and insights based on your stated preferences
• Organize your sessions, notes, and photographs by property
• Send you account-related communications
• Generate anonymized and aggregated market insights as described in Section 5

4. Voice-to-Text and Microphone Access

When you use the App's note-taking feature, the App accesses your device microphone to convert speech to text in real time using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework. This process occurs entirely on your device. Onward Creative LLC does not receive, store, or have access to any audio recordings at any time. Only the resulting text transcript is transmitted to our servers and saved to your account.

5. Aggregated and Anonymous Data

We may use de-identified, aggregated data derived from user activity to generate market insights. This data cannot identify you individually. You may opt out of contributing to aggregated analytics at any time in your account settings without affecting your ability to use the App.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only:

• With service providers who assist in operating the App, under strict confidentiality agreements
• With your real estate agent, only if you explicitly authorize this connection and grant specific permissions within the App
• To comply with applicable law or legal process
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, with notice to you

7. Camera and Photo Library

The App requests access to your device camera and photo library to allow you to capture and organize photographs associated with specific property sessions. Photos are stored within your account. We do not analyze your photographs for any purpose beyond organizing them within the App's features.

8. Location Services

The App requests access to your device's precise location solely to automatically name sessions based on nearby addresses and suggest relevant property associations. Location data is collected only while the App is actively in use. The App does not collect background location data.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getpad.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of data sharing for marketing purposes, and request data portability. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@getpad.io.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@getpad.io and we will delete that information promptly.

12. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification.
