No. Pad uses voice-to-text technology that processes speech entirely on your device using Apple's built-in Speech Recognition framework. Raw audio is never stored, transmitted, or retained by Onward Creative LLC. Only the resulting text transcript is saved to your account.
Pad accesses your location only while the app is actively open, and only to automatically identify the property you are visiting and name your tour session. Location data is never collected in the background.
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@getpad.io. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
